The KuMEX platform, the bitcoin futures platform developed by KuCoin, announced the launch of a new Lite version that will mostly focus on core trading experience and a simpler interface. The platform will provide analytic tools such as the long-short ratio and revenue calculator for all the new crypto users as we are about to see further in the blockchain latest news.
The KuMEX platform and the lite version introduce a few major simplifications. The first is the interface which was switched from candlestick charts to line charts. The order book and recent traders have been hidden which makes the overall interface much more simple and concise. Another difference is the trading interface which the users just have to input the order amount and then decide on the leverage and the long/short position to place an order. Further, what they will input for each other will be the amount of money rather than the slot number making it simpler for novice traders.
The third changes are analytic tools. KuMEX lite provides a long-short ratio to help most of the users understand the market sentiments. There’s a revenue calculator that can help calculate the return of the principals and trading strategies. In addition, the revenue ranking on KuMEX Lite provides insights regarding the strategies of the other traders and the return on investment will result in a more advanced strategy. The CEO of KuCoin Michael Gan said:
“Due to the high risk and complexity of Bitcoin futures trading, currently only a few professional investors have been involved. In the crypto world, the transaction volume of derivatives is only about half that of the spot market, but in the traditional finance world, derivatives have always been a bigger market than the stock market. KuCoin has always wanted to launch a simple, secure, and accessible futures platform for everyone, and KuMEX Lite is our very courageous attempt at this. Through many innovations, we hope to empower more traders to give Bitcoin futures a try, maximizing their investment returns.”
The users can now switch between the Lite version and the Pro version. Both of the versions will share the market liquidity and depth and the KuMEX platform engine will ensure a consistent trading experience in both of the versions.
